Package Policy & Terms
(1) All our packages are customizable except fixed departures.
(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
(3) The packages offered by unDiscover can be customized according to guest’s wish.
(4) To ensure smooth services, YH Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
(5) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
(6) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 months of invoice issuance date.
(7) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

(9) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
Cancellation Policy
(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
(5) 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
(6) No show scenarios.
(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other services from unDiscover.
(8) unDiscover have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, unDiscover will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Tour Plan
Day 1 / (Guwahati Airport/Rly Station – Shillong (100 kms / 03 hrs.)
Shillong
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport/ Railway station, our executive will receive you with warm welcome. Shillong is called 'Scotland of the East'. Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. You will be taken to Shillong hotel and check into the hotel and have some rest. At night, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in Shillong.

Day 2 / (Excursion to Cherrapunji (60 kms / 2 hrs-one way)

Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel. You will be taking a day tour to Cherrapunji. Drive to Cherrapunji (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. You will get to see the beautiful Nohkalikai Falls. Explore Mawsmai Caves. Evening return to Shillong, enroute visit Elephant Falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. By evening you will be escorted back to hotel for rest. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shillong.

Day 3 / (Shillong Sightseeing)
Shillong
Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel then check out from the hotel in Shillong. You will be transferred to Guwahati. Before the transfer, you will be visiting sightseeing around Shillong. Visit the Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lake, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydari Park. Drive to Guwahati and check into the hotel. During evening, we suggest an optional tour of Golden sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra (direct payment by own). By evening you will be escorted back to the hotel and have some rest. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel Guwahati.

Day 4 / (Shillong – Guwahati Airport/Rly Station (100 kms / 03 hrs.)
Shillong
Have a healthy breakfast at the hotel and then check out from the hotel. Today you will be taken back to Guwahati Airport/Railway station for your further journey with an amazing memory from the trip.
