Package Policy & Terms
(1) All our packages are customizable except fixed departures.
(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
(3) The packages offered by unDiscover can be customized according to guest’s wish.
(4) To ensure smooth services, YH Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
(5) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
(6) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 months of invoice issuance date.
(7) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

(9) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
Cancellation Policy
(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
(4) 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
(6) No show scenarios.
(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other services from unDiscover.
(8) unDiscover have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, unDiscover will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Day 1 / (Arrival at Kochi)
Cochin
Upon arrival at Kochi station our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taken to hotel. Check into the hotel and have some rest. Refresh and unwind, before visiting famous nearby tourist attractions of Cochin such as Mattancherry Palace, Fort Cochin, St. Francis Church and the beautiful Cochin Marine Drive. By evening you will be escorted back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Cochin.

Day 2 / (Travel to the Enchanting Munnar)
Munnar
After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel of Cochin. Today you will be taken to Munnar. Upon arrival, complete your check-in formalities at the hotel and relax for a couple of hours. Later, embark on a local sightseeing tour of Munnar that includes visits to the flower garden, a cardamom plantation and a tea plantation. Enjoy the evening at leisure day in Kerala.
