• Meals (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) unless mentioned
• Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2pax in a room and the extra pax have to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the pax’s in a room.
• American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
• Resort fee wherever applicable has to be paid directly
• Personal Expense of any nature like, laundry, shopping, incidentals at hotels etc.
• Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
• 5% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 10% TCS)
• (TCS @ 5% on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside unDiscover) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and TCS @ 20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year)

Payment Policy

• Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/ + USA visa fees to confirm you're booking with us.
• 2rd Payment - Rs. 1,00,000/- 75 Days Prior to your Departure.
• 3th Payment - Rs. 1,00,000/- 45 Days Prior to your Departure.
• 100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30-16 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
• Cancellation 16-07 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
• Cancellation 07 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
