Payment Policy

• Initial deposit – Full INR amount to confirm you’re booking with us. – NON REFUNDABLE
• Second installment will be Rs. 25,000/- within a month you give initial deposit
• 100% payment to be made at least 20 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• INR initial deposit is NON Refundable
• 35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.25000/-
• 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
• 14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
• Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

Exclusions

• 5 % GST 5% TCS applicable will be additional on total tour cost.
• Compulsory Need to apply for Thai pass 7-10 days before departure
• Thailand Visa Fees INR 4700 per person or On Arrival 2000 Thai Baht (Single Entry).
• Surcharge will be additionally applicable during peak season. Kindly check with us for the same.
