Package Policy & Terms
(1) All our packages are customizable except fixed departures.
(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
(3) The packages offered by unDiscover can be customized according to guest’s wish.
(4) To ensure smooth services, YH Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
(5) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
(6) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 months of invoice issuance date.
(7) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

(9) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
Cancellation Policy
(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
(5) 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
(6) No show scenarios.
(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other services from unDiscover.
(8) unDiscover have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, unDiscover will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Tour Plan
Day 1 / (Transfer to Mount Abu & Nakki Lake)
Mount Abu
Upon arrival at Mount Abu station, our executive will receive you with warm welcome. Our representative will drive you to Mount Abu. After you arrive at your hotel in Mount Abu, complete your smooth check-in procedures and relax in your room. After some rest visit the Nakki Lake, the first attraction of your Mount Abu family trip located in the heart of Mount Abu. Enjoy boating in the lake, take a stroll along the banks, or explore the strange rock formations. You can later head to the concrete boat shaped shack near the lake to relish delicious snacks. Later on, you will be escorted back to hotel and overnight stay at the hotel in Mount Abu.
Day 2 / (City Tour)
Mount Abu
Begin your day with a healthy breakfast. You will be taking a day tour to enjoy Mount Abu. Visit the world famous Dilwara Jain Temple, which is a group of remarkable Jain temples exhibiting unique architecture and mesmerizing outlay of carved marble. Next, visit the Brahma Kumari Ashram where hundreds visit to acquire peace and wisdom. Other places that you can visit on your Mount Abu family trip include Peace Park, Guru Shikhar Peak, Sunset Point, and Achalgarh Fort, which can be covered in a day’s tour. Later you will be escorted back to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Mount Abu.
