Package Policy & Terms
(1) All our packages are customizable except fixed departures.
(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
(3) The packages offered by unDiscover can be customized according to guest’s wish.
(4) To ensure smooth services, YH Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
(5) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
(6) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 months of invoice issuance date.
(7) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
(8) To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded
(9) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
Cancellation Policy
(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
(4) 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
(6) No show scenarios.
(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other services from unDiscover.
(8) unDiscover have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, unDiscover will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Day 1 / (Cochin to Munnar hill station)
Munnar
Upon arrival at Cochin station our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taken to the hotel in Munnar. On the way, enjoy the striking natural beauty of the surroundings such as the Cheeyappara, Valera and Kallar Falls. Upon arrival, check into the resort & relax. Spend the rest of the day at leisure with your partner. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay as the first day of your honeymoon tour in Kerala comes to an end.

Munnar
Begin your day with a healthy breakfast. Today you will be taking a day tour of Munnar’s sightseeing. Visit the famous Eravikulam National Park. Other top attractions include Matt Petty Dam, the surrounding tea gardens, Echo Point, a boating trip, an elephant ride, Photo Point and shopping at the local market of Munnar. By evening you will be escorted back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Munnar.

After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel. Today you will be visiting Thekkady. You can enjoy a scenic journey. Upon arrival, check into the resort and rest a while. The highlight of the third day in Thekkady, as per your honeymoon package itinerary for Kerala, is the wildlife safari in the jungles of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. You can catch a glimpse of wild elephants, bears, and the great Indian tiger and spend some quality time with your better half. By evening you will be escorted back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Thekkady.
