Package Policy & Terms
(1) All our packages are customizable except fixed departures.
(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
(3) The packages offered by unDiscover can be customized according to guest’s wish.
(4) To ensure smooth services, YH Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
(5) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
(6) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 months of invoice issuance date.
(7) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

(9) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
Cancellation Policy
(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
(4) 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
(6) No show scenarios.
(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other services from unDiscover.
(8) unDiscover have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, unDiscover will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Tour Plan
Day 1 / (Welcome to Kerala & transfer to Munnar)
Munnar
Upon arrival at Cochin station our executive will receive you with warm welcome. You will be taken to your hotel in Munnar. En route, visit the Spice Plantations, and the breathtakingly beautiful Valara and Cheeyappara Falls. Reach Munnar, check into the hotel and have some rest. You have the remaining the day to spend at leisure. Relax for a couple of hours or explore the local markets for souvenirs. Later you will be escorted back to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Munnar.
Day 2 / (Sightseeing at Munnar)

Begin your day with a healthy breakfast. Today you will be exploring Munnar. You can go for boating in the serene waters of the huge Matt Petty Dam, visit Echo Point to hear your voice reverberate around you, marvel at the lush greenery of the Nursery Garden, and click myriad images at Photo Point. Visit Eravikulam National Park – famous for Nilgiri Tahr (wild goat), Anaimudi Peak – South India’s highest peak, and the Tea Museum. By evening you will be escorted back to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 3 / (Transfer to Thekkady)
Thekkady
After a healthy breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be taken to Thekkady. Start on a scenic journey past mist-capped mountains, spice plantations and open-grasslands lined with spectacular waterfalls at Thekkady. On arrival, check into the hotel, freshen up and relax for some time. Later, depart to enjoy a wild safari in Kerala at the Periyar Tiger Reserve. By evening you will be escorted back to hotel and stay overnight at the hotel of Thekkady.

Day 4 / (Thekkady to Alleppey)
Alleppey
After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel in Thekkady. You will be taken to Alleppey. Leave for the charming town of Alleppey and this is the last destination of your Kerala tour itinerary. It’s a land known for its serene backwaters, swaying palm trees, and floating houseboats. On arrival, check-in at your Kerala Houseboat and have a hearty lunch as you cruise through an intricate web of canals. Get ready for a lovely overnight stay at the houseboat.

Day 5 / (Departure from Alleppey)
Cochin
After a healthy breakfast, check out from the houseboat in Alleppey. Today you will be taken to Cochin Airport for departure. Say goodbye to this serene land, concluding to your Kerala tour package. You will be transferred to Cochin Airport/Station for your journey back home.
